Resorts World entry-level members to lose free unlimited self-parking

Resorts World has made changes to its casino loyalty program that include updates to its parking policy, according to a recent Las Vegas Review-Journal local report.
These changes will affect entry-level members, who up until now have had access to unlimited and free self-parking all day. With the recent updates to the loyalty program, complimentary self-parking with be available to those who reach the second tier, called Elite. All tiers above this level are eligible for free self-parking as well.
Entry-level members will still be able to park for free for up to three hours, according to the new policy.
Resorts World added the additional tier to its loyalty program structure between the entry level, called Royal and its Prime tier level. Loyalty program members received an email on the recent changes, the local report said.
Resorts World also released a statement outlining the new structure.
The company said, “Following the three hours, standard parking rates will apply at $18 per entry, while valet options are also available ranging from $25 to $75.
“This change allows us to enrich our program benefits, ensuring we provide the most rewarding experience possible.”
The amended program will kick off June 1, and entry-level rewards members will be allowed to park for free for up to three hours starting on June 3.
Loyal members can reach the Elite tier after earning 3,000 credits, the resort said. Resorts World also noted that it is extending the tier earning period through January 4, 2025 and will allow credits that have been earned since June 1, 2023 to roll over.
