Caesars to open multiple sportsbooks throughout LDC properties in New Mexico
In-person sports wagers are now being accepted at Route 66 Casino and Hotel, Casino Xpress and Dancing Eagle Casino.
Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) has announced a partnership with Caesars to open multiple Caesars Sportsbooks in LDC gaming properties throughout the state of New Mexico. In-person sports wagers are now being accepted at newly opened Caesars Sportsbook locations at Route 66 Casino and Hotel, Casino Xpress and Dancing Eagle Casino.
Route 66 Casino Hotel introduced sports wagering to the property in 2019 while sports betting will be a new addition for the Dancing Eagle Casino.
“As we continue to make improvements and upgrades throughout our casino and restaurants this year, we are also providing our guests with new special amenities, including access to one of the country’s leading sports betting brands. Wagering options on the Caesars Sportsbook platform are nearly unlimited in scope, encompassing sports from around the world,” Route 66 Casino and Hotel GM Adrian Fox said.
Maxine Velasquez, President and CEO of LDC, expressed her enthusiasm with the partnership while saying “We are excited to partner with one of the world’s leading gaming companies to provide New Mexico sports fans a world-class wagering experience that connects our guests with sporting events around the country and the world.

The new expansion into New Mexico follows recent openings in Nebraska and North Carolina as well for Caesars.
