Evolution has partnered with Caesars Digital to expand its presence in the US. The partnership will see the companies collaborate in the creation of several live casino studios across the US, with one set to be established within the Tropicana Casino in New Jersey.
The studio in Tropicana Casino will be Evolution’s third in Atlantic City, with its second location opening in late 2022 and first opening in 2018. Other studios in Michigan and Pennsylvania are also expected to have additional branded studio space created as part of the partnership.
The agreement will also see a variety of Caesars' online ventures, including Tropicana Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino and Caesars Palace Online Casino gain access to Evolution’s live casino games and online slots, from brands including NetEnt, Red Tiger and Nolimit City.
On the partnership, Caesars Digital SVP and Chief iGaming Officer Matthew Sunderland said, “Elevated live dealer experiences are an area of opportunity and something online casino players are continuing to show an affinity for. With this in mind, partnering on a deeper level with Evolution, the market leader in live casino offerings, made a lot of sense.”
North America CEO for Evolution Jacob Claesson added, “We’re impressed by Caesars’ dedication and look forward to collaborating with them as they continue to expand their branded studio presence.”
The collaboration is not Caesars Digital’s only this week, with the company announcing a partnership with PlayAGS to launch the omnichannel slot game Rakin’ Bacon Odyssey in New Jersey. Caesars has also reported its Q4 2024 results, generating $2.83bn in the quarter with Caesars Digital up 28% year-on-year.
Across the full year, CEO Tom Reeg said there was a “78% increase in Caesars Digital net revenues to approximately $1bn and an over $700m improvement in this segment’s adjusted EBITDA.”
