Light & Wonder appoints Kelsy Foster to Reno Game Design Studio

Foster will begin her new role in 2024.

Light & Wonder has announced the appointment of Kelsy Foster to the Reno Game Design Studio.

Foster will begin her new role as Studio Lead in 2024 and will be in charge of the game designers at the company's offices in Reno, Nevada.

Foster began her career in the gaming industry and at IGT as a game designer from 2002-2009.

The new Studio Lead brings over two decades worth of experience from her time at IGT where she most recently served as VP of Vibe Studio.

Other IGT roles Foster has undertaken during her time there are: Director of Game Design from 2002-2023, Game Producer from 2009-2017 and Senior Director of Creative Design, Premium Products from 2019-2023.

Last week, Light & Wonder appointed the former Chairman and CEO of Shuffle Master, Mark Yoseloff, to be a Table Games Consultant at the company.
