To maximize operational efficiency, the company will bring its multiple local offices and warehouses together under a single roof.
Originally designed as a showroom for the Federal Aviation Administration in 1963/64, the nearly forgotten building later became a distribution hub for AkzoNobel, the renowned Dutch paint and chemical manufacturer. In subsequent years, a segment of the site was also leased by Fresenius Dialysis. However, for nearly three decades, the vast building remained largely unnoticed, with only a faint trace of occupancy. Mark Larson, CEO of Dynamic Gaming Solutions, notes:"Despite its rich past, this grand old building was fading into obscurity.
