Supplier Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has formalized its QCI College, which is an education platform. During the past two years, QCI College has accommodated its clients but will now extend its reach to offer more software, information and tools for effective casino management.
The company said that formalizing the collage will allow QCI to “underscore its commitment to empowering its clients with tools and resources that extend beyond traditional software products.”
QCI also said it hopes to strengthen its position as a casino industry partner and to continue building on well-established customer relationships by formalizing QCI College.
QCI Executive Chairman David Jacques Farahi commented, "Our ongoing commitment to helping our customers excel in their operations has been demonstrated through the success of QCI College.
"With its formalized structure, we aim to further this commitment, offering an amplified educational platform to help our clients unlock the full potential of our software tools.”
The expansion initiative has been led by the company CEO, Dr. Ralph Thomas, who serves as the college’s Dean. Thomas has extensive industry experience and will continue to bring his expertise and knowledge to the school.
Thomas expressed his eagerness to continue in his current role by saying, "I am enthused to continue leading the curriculum development at QCI College. We strive to create an enriching environment that allows our customers to extract the most value from our robust software tool."
In other QCI news, the group and Live! Casinos recently installed QCI Enterprise Platform version 5.2 throughout their Maryland, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh locations. The updated system “enhances the QCI Platform with the automation of operational tools that become a central part of the daily management of a gaming facility.”
