MGM Resorts recognized for its diversity, equity and inclusion

Operator MGM Resorts has recently been announced as one of the ‘Best Companies for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ by Black Enterprise.

MGM is one of 60 companies on the list; however, it is the only gaming company featured. 

Jyoti Chopra, Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer at MGM Resorts commented, "MGM Resorts is honoured to receive this recognition by Black Enterprise, which serves as a testament to our ongoing efforts in fostering an inclusive environment that encourages innovation, embraces diverse perspectives and champions equality for all.

"As a leader in our community, we strive to create a positive impact by addressing social and economic disparities to drive sustainable change."

As well as this achievement, MGM Resorts workers have recently decided to join Teamsters union
