SCCG Management has announced a strategic partnership with metaverse platform Land Vegas. The consultancy and gaming company aim to “merge the sensations of a physical casino with the accessibility and excitement of online casino games.”
Land Vegas will receive business development support, global distribution and access to SCCG Management’s network of over 100 companies within the gaming industry.
Stephen Crystal, Founder and CEO of SCCG Management, said, "We are excited to join forces with Land Vegas to revolutionize the gaming experience.
“By combining the physical and online casino worlds in a digital environment, we aim to create unique and thrilling experiences for gaming enthusiasts worldwide. This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to drive innovation and transformation within the gaming industry."
Crystal spoke exclusively with Gambling Insider about what he believes the scope and popularity of metaverse-based gaming could be in years to come.
Crystal said, “As the technology advances and becomes more affordable to the masses, more people may opt for a VR experience as it can be standalone or in conjunction with brick and mortar. It’s a different, more immersive and interactive way to engage with a wide variety of content including entertainment, sports, video games, skill games and esports.”
Land Vegas introduces a digital world to its players via immersive VR headset gaming. The company claims that younger generations’ preferences for both online convenience and virtual accessibility will give the platform a place in the casino industry over land-based casinos.
Land Vegas has also previously partnered with gaming companies like Pragmatic Play, Vibra Gaming, Endorphina and Triple Cherry to diversify the gaming experiences it can offer.
