Supplier Bragg Gaming has nominated Kent Young, Don Robertson and Ron Baryoseph to its Board of Directors. Three of the board’s current directors, Chair Paul Godfrey, Paul Pathak and Rob Godfrey will not stand for reelection.
A vote is scheduled for June 22 during Bragg’s annual general meeting. Bragg said that individuals, including Robertson, Baryoseph and Young have been nominated for election to the board.
Young, Robertson and Baryoseph bring with them nearly three decades of experience in their respected fields. Young’s career in the global gaming industry spans 30 years. Robertson and Baryoseph bring more than 25 years of experience in the arenas of corporate finance and North American regulated land-based and online gaming sectors, respectively.
Bragg Gaming Director and CEO Yaniv Sherman commented on the recent nominations by saying, “We are delighted to welcome Kent Young, Don Robertson, and Ron Baryoseph to the Board. Sherman went on to thank Bragg’s outgoing directors for their time on the board and commended them for their achievements.
