The Rush Street Gaming venue will be the first in Philly with these payment and play options.

Marker Trax has announced a partnership with Rivers Casino in Philadelphia, to provide contactless, credit and cashless play options. Rivers will be the first casino in Philadelphia with this technology.

Rivers Casino’s Rush Credit program will give its patrons the opportunity to use digital cashless advances when playing, as Philadelphia is now eligible to offer advance funds for the purpose of gaming for the first time. Marker Trax plans for this capability to enhance both convenience and enjoyment of slot games.

The Marker Trax technology is built to work with both B2B and B2C needs. The payments software can be integrated with a casino’s current systems to deliver digital casino marker funds.

The approval process aims to ensure players have an uninterrupted experience, funds stay on site and risks are reduced for operators as those funds are paid.

Marker Trax President Charlie Skinner said, “This is an important milestone for Marker Trax, casino customers in Philadelphia and the entire gaming industry.

“We’re helping more and more operators enter the digital age and bring cashless advances to their customers, and Rivers Casino Philadelphia is showing how dedicated they are to both the future of this industry and the needs of their customers.”

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is operated by Rush Street Gaming, and also has locations in Illinois, Virginia and New York.

Rivers Casino General Manager Eric Althaus said, “Our commitment to delivering an exceptional gaming experience drives our continuous pursuit of innovation.

“Introducing Rush Credit cashless casino advances offers our players the convenience they deserve while maintaining high standards of safety and security.”
