International live casino giant Evolution has announced a Michigan launch for its live craps online casino offering. Pennsylvania and New Jersey are the only other US states where Evolution’s online craps is currently available.
Live craps initially launched in Europe in 2020. The game is set in a studio styled after a speakeasy. Evolution aims to make the game of craps easier to understand for players of all levels, by offering various betting options and employing an ‘intuitive user interface.’
Beginner-level players may also choose to shoot their dice on ‘Easy Mode’ or make use of the integrated, interactive tutorial. Though Michigan marks the game’s third state launch, Jeff Millar, CCO of North America at Evolution, said it is “the very first online live craps game in the industry.”
Millar added, “We are so proud. In every state so far, its launch is seen as a true landmark moment because craps is such an iconic game with a long and colorful history in the US.
“Our live craps captures all the excitement of a traditional craps table, along with the atmosphere of the speakeasy era. I’m confident players in Michigan will love our live craps.”
Evolution also announced the continuation of a partnership with Galaxy Gaming today, which will extend a licensing agreement that has so far resulted in the collaboration and release of various table games.
The release of Evolution’s Q1 financial results also recently showed that, while the company is headquartered in Stockholm, the North American and Latin American markets are of growing importance to the supplier.
