Players will have access to additional options to redeem prizes and discounts.

Penn Entertainment has revealed plans to rebrand its mychoice customer rewards program. The company will rebrand mychoice with its enhanced Penn Play loyalty rewards feature.

To date, more than 26 million Penn customers are part of the current rewards option. The company said the updated version will build on the strengths of mychoice and offer players additional choices regarding how they redeem the rewards they have earned.

The group said in a statement: “The new program greatly expands the ways Penn's 26 million loyalty members can earn and redeem rewards across the company’s portfolio of entertainment brands.”

Part of the rebrand will also feature a loyalty program designed to “honor our nation’s heroes” called Penn Heroes. The previous version of the program was known as myheroes.

Active-duty military, veterans and first responders will have access to hotel discounts, as well as discounts for dining and shopping at Penn locations.

Penn Entertainment President and CEO Jay Snowden discussed the company’s recent evolution and said the group is actively working to further unify its brands.

He commented: “Penn’s business has transformed over the last few years as we’ve expanded our retail, online gaming and entertainment experiences.

“With the rebranding of our loyalty program to Penn Play, we are taking steps to better align all of our brands under the Penn umbrella and create a more seamless omni-channel experience for our customers, which we believe will have a meaningful impact on both our retail and online gaming performance.”

Penn Entertainment provides integrated entertainment, sports content and casino gaming to the North American market. The company operates in 20 US states.
