The PBKC will host the first tournament in the series, from May 10-24.

The Poker Room at the Palm Beach Kennel Club (PBKC) has announced its partnership with the Moneymaker Tour, which will hold its first poker tournament from May 10-24.

Created by 2003 WSOP Champion Chris Moneymaker and Moneymaker Executive Manager Tony Burns, the event will feature 20 tournaments and over $1m in guarantees, with buy-ins ranging from $86 to $2,500 to accommodate players of all levels.

PBKC says the highlight will be its Moneymaker Main Event taking place from May 18-24. This event will have a $2,500 buy-in with a guaranteed prize pool of $500,000. The Moneymaker opening event will have a $500 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of $250,000, running from May 10-13.

Poker Room Director & Assistant General Manager, Noah Carbone, expressed excitement about the event and the opportunity to bring visitors to the Palm Beach County facility, saying in part, “It’s going to be an amazing event featuring our largest buy-in event ever as well as a full line-up of great tournaments.”

Tony Burns also spoke positively about the event, saying, “Florida is the epicenter for exciting and competitive poker so the Poker Room at PBKC is a perfect fit for the Moneymaker Tour.”

Outside of tournaments, the Palm Beach Kennel Club also offers a variety of promotions, jackpots, and daily cash games as well as in-house dining and off-track betting.

Management has recently renovated the facility’s Poker Room and expanded the Casino Table game area to better accommodate guests in the future.
