Both bring years of experience and knowledge to the partnership.

Las Vegas-based Warner Gaming has partnered with the development and financial advisory firm, Elm Tree Partners.

Warner Gaming was founded in 2008 and features a team of casino executives. The group specializes in covering gaming operations, analytics, entertainment programming, marketing, food and beverage, regulatory compliance, finance and information systems.

Elm Tree CEO John Asher Thompson said that both companies can gain from the knowledge pool and field expertise from both groups.

He commented: "I am thrilled to formalize our professional relationship with one of the best and most forward-thinking developers and operators in the gaming space today. Bill and his team bring decades of experience and will provide deep bench strength to Elm Tree and our projects.

"When you consider what we've got in common, as well as how our skill sets – with our development backgrounds and shared passion for technology and innovation – complement each other, this will be a formidable partnership, and I'm looking forward to delivering some incredible things for our clients and customers in the market.”

Warner Gaming Founder Bill Warner said about the partnership: "I've known John for years. He's smart, versatile and accomplished, and he's directed some of the best projects in the country.

“I'm really excited about the opportunity to collaborate with him on a variety of things.”

Warner throughout his career has been actively involved in the casino industry. In addition to founding Warner Gaming, he launched the technology platform, OPTX, and has served in several leadership roles for Red Rock Resorts (formerly known as Station Casinos).
