Sports betting and iGaming consultancy firm Odds On Compliance has formed a new employee resource group called Women Leading Women. The group will offer women in the workplace a platform where they can share their experiences at work and a space to empower them to reach their goals.
The company said in a statement: “The new initiative will create opportunities for female staff members to support and mentor while creating an inclusive environment within the brand.”
Odds On Compliance says Women Leading Women is open to all its female employees, regardless of department or job title.
Group President, Europe, Cheryl Jones explained the importance of a group like this for the company.
She commented: “Empowering women is a key part of our approach. I have always strived to make mentorship a priority for all the women who have supported me along my career journey.
“Whether it be an intern, employee or my peers, it is critical to create a space of trust, honesty and support. Also, providing support and mentorship to our younger generation females can be a catalyst to their personal and professional development.”
Company Co-Founder and CEO Eric Frank echoed Jones’ sentiments and said fostering an environment that offers employees diversity is important to the company.
He said: "We recognize the importance of creating an inclusive and diverse workplace for all employees.
"Our new group for women is just one of the many initiatives we are taking to ensure that all employees feel valued, respected, and supported in their roles."
