Kambi partners with Potawatomi Casino Hotel for Wisconsin sportsbook launch

With the release, Kambi will expand its US presence to 22 states.

Sportsbook supplier Kambi Group has partnered with multi-property operator, Potawatomi Casinos & Hotels in Wisconsin. Under the terms of the multi-year deal, Potawatomi Casino Hotel will open its first sportsbook in its Milwaukee location.

Upon the launch, Kambi will be live in 22 US states.

The Potawatomi Casino Hotel will feature 20 self-service kiosks. Players can access additional kiosks at the Carter Hotel & Casino, Potawatomi’s second location within the state.

The initial launch includes a retail sportsbook on site. Kambi said an on-premises mobile release will follow soon after. Players will have access to live odds boards, as well as access to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) technology.

Potawatomi Casinos & Hotels CEO and General Manager Dominic Ortiz noted Kambi’s accomplished and described the collaboration as an ideal partnership.

He commented: “Potawatomi Casinos & Hotels is pleased to partner with Kambi, a global leader in sports betting technology.

“Kambi’s proven track record will be beneficial as we introduce this new gaming amenity to our millions of annual visitors from throughout the region.”

The Forest County Potawatomi Community owns and operates Potawatomi Casinos & Hotels. The group currently has destinations in both Carter and in Milwaukee.
