Graton Resort & Casino launches incentive-based rewards program

The California hotel will offer members of the program an assortment of exclusive incentives.

Graton Resort & Casino has announced the introduction of the reimagined Graton Rewards program. This free incentive program will grant casino guests exclusive access to offers and experiences, based on their reward levels.

Graton Rewards will offer a variety of ways to redeem awards on-premise, including from its slots, hotel, resort-style pool, spa & salon and gift shop merchandise discounts. The casino will also offer promotional entertainment offers for headlining acts at Graton Casino.

Also included in this rewards scheme are Las Vegas travel packages, cruise lines vacations (with its partner Princess Cruises), pool cabanas and daybeds, and complimentary spa & salon treatments. Members in the program will also gain a General Manager Council Membership at the Rohnert Park, California-located casino.

Patrons of the casino can sign up for the free Graton Rewards program by visiting reward centers and reward kiosks located on-site at the casino.

Newly signed-up guests immediately receive $25 in free slot play but they must have a valid ID proving they are over the age of 21.Graton Resort & Casino VP and General Manager Lana Rivera commented: “We are excited to offer this updated Graton Rewards Program, featuring invitation-only promotions and special events.

“Our goal is to reward our loyal guests, and these brand-new benefits are one of the ways that we are saying ‘thank you.’”

The Graton is located in Sonoma County, amid Northern California’s famed wine country, and is owned and operated by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria.

It has a wide-ranging array of amenities including a full gaming experience with 3,000 slots and video poker machines, 130+ table games and live poker.
