The amended agreement comes ahead of the Pegasus World Cup.

North American racing content provider, XB Net, has extended its distribution deal with Media System Technologies (MST) to include delivering its comprehensive horseracing portfolio throughout the US.

Under the terms of the amended deal, MST will “harness most of the premier stateside races to Italy.” This includes both Breeders’ Cup World Championships and the Pegasus World Cup, both scheduled for later this month.

MST Head of Horse Racing Business Moreno Tanfani commented: “For Italian operators, North American racing represents a great opportunity to expand their offering beyond traditional fixtures and has proved a boon for acquisition and retention with those clients who’ve prioritized it on their integration roadmaps.

“Their players have already seen the added fun and value that US racing brings to the betting experience, providing a trustworthy and regular flow of rapid-cycling opportunities. It’s an honor to be bringing events like the Breeders’ Cup World Championships and the Pegasus World Cup to Italy.”

XB Net aids its global partners by providing North American racing content, data, odds and live video streaming. The group give racing fans around the world access to live broadcasts of notable races throughout the year.

XB Net Senior Vice President of International Simon Fraser said: “Wherever you set your scene on the map, delivering the right content at peak leisure-times remains of paramount importance.

"XB Net’s wide range of low-latency racing solutions and racetracks are now ensuring the requisite flexibility for MST and their impressive rollcall of operators, and we’re delighted with this progressive partnership."
