Mount Airy Casino Resorts hires Ben Koff as General Manager and COO

Koff brings 16 years of experience to his new roles and will manage all aspects of facility operations.

Pennsylvania’s Mount Airy Casino Resort has named Ben Koff as its COO and as General Manager. His appointment is subject to approval by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Koff’s responsibilities in his new roles will include overseeing all areas of the casino and resort’s operations. He will also manage the destination's human resources, gaming, guest services, sales, marketing and financial performance departments.

Koff joins the team of the adults-only resort with more than 16 years of gaming industry experience. He has held several management positions and worked in finance, operations and marketing throughout his career to date.

Prior to his current role, Koff served in key roles with Caesars Entertainment, Golden Nugget, Carnival Corporation and at the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort. Koff holds a Master's in Business Administration from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.

Mount Airy Owner and Managing Trustee Lisa DeNaples acknowledged Koff’s past accomplishments and believes he will be an asset to the casino resort.

She commented: "Ben's wealth of expertise in the gaming and hospitality industries, coupled with his passion for exceptional service, make him an invaluable asset to lead our executive team.

"We are pleased to welcome Ben to the Mount Airy team and look forward to all he will accomplish as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager."

Mount Airy Casino Resort will celebrate its 15-year anniversary throughout the year. The destination has 1,700 slot machines, 80 table games and a sportsbook on the casino floor.
