Genius Sports and the NFL have expanded their ongoing sports betting content agreement to include sportsbook platforms throughout the United States. Among the first to offer NFL live games through Genius Sports platforms will be the Caesars Sportsbook app.
Football fans will have access to games and other select NFL content through live Watch & Bet video streaming.
Caesars Digital President Eric Hession said: “The addition of live Watch & Bet video streaming brings the best that the NFL has to offer right into the Caesars Sportsbook app. Delivering innovative technology like this remains a key emphasis for us, so being the first US sportsbook to provide customers with in-app NFL livestreaming isn’t something we take lightly.
“We’re thankful to bring an industry-leading new feature to our sports wagering app through our partnership with Genius Sports and the NFL.”
NFL Media Strategy and Business Development VP Brent Lawton described the expansion as the next evolution in the NFL’s relationship with Genius Sports.
He said: “We’re excited to offer fans a new way to experience and engage with NFL content. Watch and Bet is an innovative step forward in our partnerships with Genius Sports and Caesars.”
Genius Sports has functioned as the NFL’s official content distributor since April 2021. The initial partnership covered international markets but did not have a US focus, which is a key component of the expanded agreement.
Genius Sports CEO Mark Locke said the company is pleased to expand its content distribution into the US market.
