BetMGM became the Lions' official sports betting partner in September 2022.

Players in Michigan can now play slots branded with their favorite football team. BetMGM announced this week that it has launched the Lions Deluxe slot game in its online casino, which is accessible from the Great Lake State.

Michigan legalized online gaming in December 2019. In September 2020, sports betting and iGaming operator BetMGM partnered with the Detroit Lions, becoming its official sports betting partner. Along with this new slot game, the partnership has involved broadcast promotions, digital marketing and signage inside the Lions’ home stadium, Ford Field.

"We are thrilled to continue to expand our relationship with the Detroit Lions as we bring another great title to our list of Lions branded games,” said BetMGM’s Director of Gaming, Oliver Bartlett.

“BetMGM continues to set the standard for casino games in the state of Michigan and we are excited to continue to develop great games for players in the state.”

Lions Deluxe was created in partnership with supplier Everi Digital.

“Our partnership with top-tier iGaming operator BetMGM has enabled the delivery of high-performing content across North America, said David Lucchese, Everi’s EVP of Sales, Marketing and Digital.

“The Lions Deluxe slot game reinforces our commitment to providing award-winning gaming content to online players in Michigan, including our progressive jackpots which are featured in this exclusive Detroit Lions game. This new progressive game also adds to our Digital catalog of over 50 distinct titles, all housed and delivered via our proprietary Spark Remote Game Server.”

Players can find the BetMGM Online Casino on iOS, Android, and via desktop. BetMGM also offers Sportsbook, Casino, and Poker apps on the same platforms.
