The group will team up for Salute to the Troops over Veterans Day weekend.

Beginning on Thursday, November 10, MGM Resorts International (MGM Resorts) will host the United Service Organizations (USO) experience: Salute to the Troops.

This experience will honor over 100 service members and their guests during a five-day celebration that will take place at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Joining the partnership is American Airlines, which will fly active-duty service members from around the country to Las Vegas, Nevada for free during the extended holiday weekend.

MGM Resorts is responsible for all the accommodations, meals and entertainment, which will all be provided free of charge to invited guests.

The Salute to the Troops experience will feature several activities throughout Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. This includes a welcome dinner, tours of the Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon, visits to Mandalay Bay's Shark Reef Aquarium, Luxor's Blue Man Group, and a live musical performance by the Lt. Dan Band.

Upon the service member's arrival at Mandalay Bay, MGM Resorts employees and other supporters will gather to form a "wall of gratitude" to greet the group as they enter.

MGM Resorts CEO and President Bill Hornbuckle commented: "We are incredibly grateful for the dedication to service that members of the armed forces and their families have made for our country and all of us.

"It is with awe and appreciation of their courage, and sacrifice, that we celebrate these heroes by providing them a world-class guest experience."

MGM Resorts is a member of the Veteran Jobs Mission as well, a coalition of companies that aims to place one million US military members and veterans into meaningful and rewarding careers.
