The supplier will have access to a percentage of all sports betting revenue.

Elys Game Technology has partnered with Bookmaker, LLC to launch its land-based sportsbook services at Maryland’s Top Hat Sports Bar & Grill.

Pending regulatory approval of the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission, the company will gain a percentage of all sports betting revenue generated within Top Hat.

Bookmakers, LLC Owner Karen Senac commented: “We are excited about the prospect of offering yet another layer of entertainment to the customers of this already busy establishment.

“I am truly excited at the prospect of being part of this progressive program in the state of Maryland and appreciate the support of the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission in driving new revenue streams to support locally owned businesses.”

Elys is an interactive gaming and sports betting technology company. It operates in multiple countries worldwide and currently has operations in six US states.

The company recently signed a sportsbook partnership deal with District Hospitality, with an initial three-year term from the license issuance date, further expanding its presence throughout the East Coast.

Elys Executive Chairman Michele Ciavarella said: “This partnership is a further example of both our growing traction within the state of Maryland, as well as the eagerness of local business operators to provide their customers with sports betting as an ancillary product in their establishments.

“We are pleased to enter this partnership with Bookmakers, LLC to provide them with an end-to-end, best-in-class sportsbook solution for their customers."

Ciavarella added that additional sportsbook locations are part of the company’s strategic expansion plan.

He concluded by saying: “We plan to continue to aggressively develop our sales pipeline with additional bars, restaurants and other retail establishments to implement our sportsbook solution throughout the nation.”
