BetRegal has expanded its media presence within the European commercial market to include a new advertising campaign in Ireland. The Canadian sports betting company released its ad blitz on Sky Sports, which also features BetRegal’s nightly sports wrap-up show.

BetRegal CEO Mike Mirtl said the new campaign reflects the company’s desire to add value to its partnerships.

He commented: "We always want to be partnered with organizations that authentically embody the sporting culture in their market, and this new ad campaign to be aired on Sky Sports, will help us integrate into Ireland's sports ecosystem and build awareness for our brand.

"We pride ourselves on fitting in and adding value to the partnerships we take on, no matter which market, and the work we are doing in Ireland reflects those values in action.”

The addition of the campaign builds on the company’s current relationships within the Irish sports market. BetRegal is a jersey sponsor for the Irish Premier League team Dundalk FC.

The company recently donated jersey space to Watch Your Back MND, which is an organization formed by Roy Taylor of the Dundalk FC. Taylor received a Motor Neurone Disease diagnosis in 2018 and later formed Watch Your Back as a charitable organization.

BetRegal is an online sports betting and casino brand that offers esports betting throughout Canada. The company recently teamed up with the Canadian Football League as its official sports gaming partner. BetRegal is also the Canadian PGA’s official title sponsor.

The Ontario market opened earlier this spring and is the first Canadian province to commercial iGaming to its residents. Prior to the launch, local lotteries have traditionally dominated Canada’s gambling sector.
