His resignation takes immediate effect.

888 Holdings has announced that Randy Freer resigned from its board of directors effective immediately. Freer stepped down from the board due to his “increased outside commitments” and no longer be advising the company.

Freer is US media and technology expert. The group appointed him to the board as a corporate advisor last month.

888 Holdings Plc Non-Executive Chairman Lord Mendelsohn took a moment to thank Freer for his commitment to the board and said he wished him all the best.

Mendelsohn commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Randy for his contributions during his short time with 888 and wish him well for the future.

“With the highly relevant skills and experience of our recently strengthened Board, we continue to see exciting opportunities ahead as we deliver the group's growth strategy and generate further stakeholder value."

888 Holdings was founded in 1997 and is a public company that is based in Gibraltar. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

The company owns several well-known gambling brands and websites, including 888sport, 888casino and 888poker.

EveryMatrix recently signed a new gaming content agreement with the 888 Holdings subsidiary 888casino. The supplier will distribute its Spearhead Studios and Armadillo Studios content through CasinoEngine, EveryMatrix’s iGaming integration platform.

Amadillo Studios is EveryMatrix’s US-facing studio. In addition to working with 888casino, the studio plans to release an MMA branded game that features Amanda “The Lioness” Nunes.

The collaboration with 888casino is a move to further expand EveryMatrix’s footprint in the US.
