888 Holdings has announced that Randy Freer resigned from its board of directors effective immediately. Freer stepped down from the board due to his “increased outside commitments” and no longer be advising the company.
Freer is US media and technology expert. The group appointed him to the board as a corporate advisor last month.
888 Holdings Plc Non-Executive Chairman Lord Mendelsohn took a moment to thank Freer for his commitment to the board and said he wished him all the best.
Mendelsohn commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Randy for his contributions during his short time with 888 and wish him well for the future.
“With the highly relevant skills and experience of our recently strengthened Board, we continue to see exciting opportunities ahead as we deliver the group's growth strategy and generate further stakeholder value."
