Bragg Gaming appoints Mark Clayton to board of directors
Clayton brings 32 years of experience within the gaming industry to this role.
Bragg Gaming, a global B2B content provider, has announced that Mark Clayton will be joining its board of directors. He brings with him more than 32 years of legal and compliance experience within the gaming industry.
Also in this announcement was the news that Cristina Romero has resigned from the board with immediate effect. She had notified the company that she wished to pursue other business commitments and activities.
Clayton is a gaming attorney with an impressive resume. He has previously served as a member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board (from 2005-2008) and as the Chief of the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Corporate Securities Division. He also acted as the general counsel and company secretary for several US gaming companies and as a corporate attorney.
From 2014 through to early 2022 he served as Chair of Greenberg Traurig L.P.’s global gaming practice. In this position, he oversaw the firm’s international gaming practice for clients including Caesars Entertainment, DraftKings, Las Vegas Sands, 888 Holdings, Flutter and Entain.
His experience with gaming compliance is exemplified by his membership in the compliance committees of Caesars Entertainment, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Silicon Gaming.
