Symplify, a company offering CRM and AI cloud solutions, has revealed a new suite of products tailored to the North American market in an effort to accelerate US expansion.
The company’s geolocational campaign and customer journey starters place partners in a position to have an open dialogue with customers using physical location as a catalyst for messaging.
Geolocation starter enables land-based casinos to launch digital marketing campaigns for customers who are physically located within the venue. This allows casinos to make a real-time switch from physical to digital communication.
Symplify’s AI Engagement Optimizer is a new technology that compliments the geolocation functionality. With this offering, casinos can engage with customers at physical premises using locational data and provides point of sale data. This provides partners with the ability to upsell customers in a real-world setting.
With the new technology, the patron can receive incentive offers at the precise moment Symplify’s AI reveals that interest is waning. An example of this is providing a complimentary dinner voucher to keep customers on-site.
