Caesars Entertainment teams up with Workforce Edge to provide tuition assistance
Various low and no-cost options will be available to eligible US-based Caesars team members.
Caesars Entertainment has partnered with Workforce Edge in an initiative that will provide almost 50,000 of its US-based team members an opportunity to earn a degree through in-network degree programs, including Strayer University and Capella University. Eligible employees will have access to low or no-cost degrees through the program.
This is another step in Caesars’ strategic tuition benefit campaign, All-In On Education, which is designed to aid team members in furthering their education and professional development. Tuition assistance benefits became available for Caesars workers earlier in the month.
Strategic Education President, Education Technology Services Terry McDonough commented: “Caesars Entertainment’s investment in its workforce through the ‘All-In On Education’ campaign will position it as the go-to employer in the entertainment space for individuals looking to advance their economic mobility.
“We are thrilled to support Caesars as they provide their eligible workforce of nearly 50,000 Team Members with access to our best-in-class tuition assistance platform, and we look forward to our new partnership.”
In additional to the low to no-cost tuition options, Caesars’ workers who are eligible will have access to Workforce Edge’s network of education programs that offer tuition reimbursement and discounted fees. Full-time and part-time team members also have the option to fund their education with their annual tuition assistance amount and earn a degree at the school of their choice through Workforce Edge.
Caesars Entertainment Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer Stephanie Lepori said: “Through our partnership with Workforce Edge, we’re able to expand and improve our education assistance to our team members at Caesars Entertainment.
“The platform has allowed us to create an easy-to-use and helpful portal for our eligible team members where they can learn about the benefits that are now being offered to them. We’re excited to continue to elevate Caesars as a leading employer in the gaming and entertainment space.”
