Country Superstar Blake Shelton to headline at Table Mountain Casino Resort’s grand opening

Country music star Blake Shelton headline at Table Mountain Casino Resort’s grand opening event on July 21 at 7:30pm. He will perform a show at the casino’s new event center.

Table Mountain Casino Resort will host a four-day celebration that will start July 21. The resort will be offer commemorative gift giveaways and promotions. Guests will also have access to Central Valley dining during the celebration.

Shelton hails from Oklahoma and is most recently known for his appearances on the Emmy Award-winning television show The Voice as a vocal coach, where he has won eight championships. Cam Anthony was the most recent contestant to win on the show with Shelton as a coach.

Shelton has won several music awards and is a Grand Ole Opry member.

He recently announced that he will partner with television personality Carson Daly as executive producer and star Barmageddon, a new celebrity game show. Barmageddon is set to air on USA Network.

Shelton is also noted humanitarian. He has raised millions of dollars to aid children's hospitals, disaster relief organizations and food banks across the country.

Table Mountain Casino CEO John Dinius said the resort is pleased to work with Shelton. He commented: "Blake Shelton is an icon and we wanted to do something special in the Central Valley as the culmination of this transcendent project.”

Dinius went on to add that the grand opening celebration is a way to thank everyone who has supported and worked to put on the event.

"This Grand Opening celebration is really for all the people who worked so tirelessly to make it happen and supported us along the way,” he said.
