Partnership between Intralot do Brasil and NeoGames announced
NeoGames expands into the Latin America market after success in North America and Europe.
NeoGames will partner with Intralot do Brasil to provide iLottery and online sports betting solutions in Latin America. This multi-year turnkey project is the company’s first cooperation with BtoBet, its recently acquired sports betting platform.
Intralot has operated the lottery for Loteria Mineira for over 10 years. Loteria Mineira is the official lottery in Brazil’s second-largest state, Minas Gerais.
The agreement with Intralot do Brasil, which is owned by SAGA Business Intelligence, after acquiring the local company and operations in 2021 from Intralot S.A, marks NeoGames’ entry into this market.
NeoGames will provide Intralot with sports betting solutions and services from Aspire Global’s BtoBet but will be tailored for the Brazilian market. The digital solution is expected to build on the existing retail lottery and digital keno program in the state.

SAGA Business Intelligence was first founded in 2007 with a focus on traffic technology, transportation, and lottery business in Brazil. In partnership with Intralot S.A., it developed its first official lottery operation.
In 2020, it acquired the shares of Intralot S.A. and became the owner of Intralot do Brasil. During the same year, it launched its flagship game, Keno Minas.
