A series of negotiations for additional media and market access are also underway.

HeadsUp Entertainment International Inc. has launched several revenue platforms in both the US and Canadian commercial markets. Its platforms are now available in six US states, as well as the Canadian province of Ontario.

Online gaming in Ontario has been live since April 4. Local lotteries have traditionally dominated Canada’s gambling sector.

Ontario is projected to become one of North America’s largest iGaming markets once open.

HeadsUp has also partnered with Enteractive Media Inc, a Canadian sports entertainment company. The partnership will initiate the first in a series of daily content product projects for customer acquisition and for sports betting.

Both companies have entered into an agreement with Casino Affiliate Partners in order to monetize their viewership in the sports handicapping and information service.

As part of the agreement, the GameChangerz brand will have access to the gaming market as an approved and sub licensed operator in six US states, plus Ontario. It will be able to share the playing field with brand like Draft Kings, FanDuel and PointsBet.

More than 60 affiliate revenue deals throughout North America are expected to be in place through the duration of the partnership.

Negotiations are also underway to gain a footprint in US and Canadian major sports networks, in addition to the GameChangerz Sports Information service agreement. Both companies are in the process of working toward a deal to launch a half-hour television show in Ontario ahead of the NCAAF College Football and NFL seasons.

The program would also be syndicated throughout the US.

HeadsUp was founded in 2008. Since opening, the company’s focus has been on the gaming sector and taking steps to gain license approval in jurisdictions that offer regulated sports betting and iGaming.
