Caesars Entertainment chooses RateGain to aid in efficiency strategy

The company will utilize rate intelligence data to boost overall performance and ensure accurate pricing.

Caesars Entertainment, Inc. has selected RateGain Travel Technologies Limited to aid in boosting its to hotel performance, profitability and RevPar by providing real-time rate intelligence. RateGain provides SaaS solutions for hospitality and travel.

Caesars will implement a host of RateGain products, including OPTIMA, PARITY+ and Closed Loop rate parity throughout its US properties.

RateGain Americas President Chinmai Sharma said: "The team at Caesars has always been a leader in identifying trends in the market and adopting them to provide their guests the best experience across every touchpoint.

“Delivering the right price for each property across every channel is a big part of that experience, and we are delighted that Caesars has selected us to help them improve pricing efficiency and margins in the new normal."

As part of the agreement, pricing teams will also check for revenue leakage as a way of maintaining accurate rates and accountability for the hotel chain.

Caesars Entertainment SVP, Commercial Operations Pavan Kapur said: "RateGain's innovative products help us maintain competitiveness across all our markets by enabling our teams to make educated pricing decisions."

Caesars Entertainment was founded in 1937. It originated in Reno, Nevada and has expanded over the years to include facilities that operate under the Caesars, Harrah's, Horseshoe and Eldorado brand names.

The company recently released its Caesars Sportsbook mobile app in Illinois. Caesars has had a foothold in Illinois for a while through the Harrah's Joliet, Harrah's Metropolis, and Grand Victoria Casino Elgin locations. The debut of its mobile app is an added layer to Caesars’ continuing plans for brand expansion.
