Both companies have been collaborating since 2018.

Scientific Games Corporation’s Light & Wonder has extended its ongoing partnership with global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment group Entain. The partnership will continue to 2030.

The two companies signed the initial agreement in 2018. The updated partnership deal will grant Light & Wonder the ability to continue supplying Entain licensed betting offices with more than 10,000 terminals through the Coral and Ladbrokes retail shops.

Players will have access to a variety of globally known game titles from Light & Wonder’s Manchester Studio, including Lord of The Rings and 777 High & Mighty.

“Our stores provide an engaging and differentiated experience for our customers. Light & Wonder enhances that with the industry’s best gaming machines backed up by a great range of leading games, service infrastructure and support,” said Andy Hicks, Retail MD UK & Ireland at Entain.

Under the terms of the extended deal, Entain will be able to utilize a library of more than 3,000 game titles from studios around the world through Light & Wonder’s aggregation platform.

Light & Wonder Senior Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA Simno Johnson said: “We are delighted that Entain has chosen to continue our partnership through to 2030. Our teams have more than 20 years of history together and we’re excited about supporting Entain through their next phase of growth and innovation. The future is exciting for both Entain and L&W.”

Entain is known worldwide for its sports betting and gaming groups. Its portfolio includes the Ladbrokes, Coral, bwin, PartyCasino, Gala, Eurobet, Neds and Sportingbet brands.

The company supports safe gambling and grassroots sport, as well as other humanitarian efforts through the Entain Foundation. The company also focuses on environmental concerns and aspires to be carbon net zero by 2035.

Its stateside subsidiary, Entain Foundation US, is committed to educating bettors about responsible gambling.
