Super Group has appointed Lisa A. Kampf as its Vice President of Investor Relations.

Super Group’s CEO Neal Menashe said: “I am thrilled to welcome Lisa to Super Group to lead our dedicated in-house investor relations effort as we embark on our journey as a public company. Lisa is a seasoned IR professional with a deep understanding of investor relations, finance and capital markets which are vital to a successful investor relations program.”

Prior to joining Super Group, Kampf served as the Managing Director for Ambac Financial Group. She also held finance positions at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Ernst & Young.

She holds an MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting from Shippensburg University.

“I am excited to be joining Super Group at a pivotal time for the business,” Kampf said. “I look forward to working with management to help the investment community understand Super Group’s opportunity to enhance shareholder value as we build upon the Betway and Spin brands.”

Super Group is the parent company of Betway, a sports betting and gaming business, and of Spin, a multi-brand online casino. It is licensed in 25 jurisdictions and is represented in markets throughout Europe, the Americas and Africa. The company also works to provide a safe gambling environment to its clientele.

Betway is live in five states through the Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC), which has gained access to markets in seven additional states. Super Group expects that the DGC will join the company later this year, pending regulatory approval.
