Exacta Systems and Everi Holdings have signed an agreement to bring Everi's award-winning game content and cabinets onto Exacta's historical horse racing (HHR) system.
Exacta Systems is involved in the historical horse racing and central determinate technology markets. It supports a "build once, deploy many" regulatory approved system that delivers engaging and entertaining games across different central determinate market segments.

It focuses on player engagement and assisting casino customers to operate more efficiently, the company develops game content and gaming machines, gaming systems, and services for land-based and iGaming operators.
