Content will be marketed to fans through Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms.

Sports Gambling Guides (SGG) has announced a social media marketing agreement with FanDuel. The deal includes an agreement to market SGG’s 10-million sports fan database through Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms.

"FanDuel has the sports book offerings our fans are asking us for, and we will now feature FanDuel in our daily sports content showcasing the most exciting sporting events of the day," said SGG President Troy Paul.

He said the company was pleased to make this announcement and looks forward to continuing the ongoing relationship it has with FanDuel to promote products to millions of avid sports fans.

Paul also noted the growing trend among Millennials and GenZ to engage more in social media contact beyond live games and the desire to interact on a more personalized level.

He said that younger fans tend to find the information they need through social media, rather than through traditional media sources.

"Our fans, average age 21 to 40, are getting their sports scores, information, and video content almost exclusively from Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, and other social media platforms. It's delivered in real time and is growing exponentially," he said.

The trend has influenced how SGG engages its fan base as a content creator.

“We started solely as a marketing affiliate for the leading sportsbook operators such as FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM, but have evolved to now also being a content creator, posting sports content weekly to our 10 million influencer followers in all 50 states."
