Launching on February 1, 2022, the platform aims to integrate gaming and non-gaming rewards across all of MGM Resorts’ US properties.

MGM Resorts International has announced a reimagining of its loyalty rewards program. MGM Rewards, which is set to launch in its new form on February 1, aims to provide a modern rewards platform for both gaming-focused and non-gaming guests across the operator's US properties.

Specifically, this new development will allow non-gaming customers to earn MGM Reward Points for the first time. Indeed, these points can subsequently be redeemed for complimentary food and drink, entertainment as well as time at MGM Resorts hotels. Moreover, customers who engaged in slots at MGM Resorts’ properties will earn Slot Dollars. Other benefits include waived resort fees, travel credit to Las Vegas, concert tickets and late checkouts.

“MGM Resorts boasts an unrivaled collection of resorts and amenities for our guests from around the world. As every guest experiences our properties in unique ways, MGM Rewards is designed to recognize and reward every member with experiences uniquely suited to their preferences, whether that’s attending an incredible concert, enjoying a world-class meal or staying in a luxury suite,” said Anil Mansukhani, MGM Resorts’ Vice President of Loyalty Marketing.

“MGM Rewards was developed as a direct result of customer feedback and now offers more ways to earn, more ways to redeem, and more exclusive benefits at MGM Resorts’ 20+ destinations nationwide.”

This revamp includes several changes to the gaming giant’s rewards program beyond those listed above. Indeed, MGM Rewards will now be integrated with BetMGM, the operator’s sportsbook, to match the ever expanding market it serves. Furthermore, MGM Resorts International have developed an enhanced MGM Rewards app that is set to launch with the updated platform.
