Global Betting & Gaming Consultants (GBGC) has provided an exclusive overview of the US's sports betting landscape.

As the United States' sports betting landscape continues to expand, it has become clear that the market has the potential to be one of the biggest in gaming.

As this data, provided exclusively to Gaming America by the Global Betting & Gaming Consultants, shows, the US still has massive potential for growth, with a number of the country’s wealthiest states yet to regulate the activity.

The table below demonstrates more than half of US states now regulate sports betting, just three years since PASPA was repealed.

Around 184 million Americans now have the legal opportunity to bet on sports. However, some populous states such as California, Texas or Georgia still do not regulate the activity.
