Caesars Entertainment named official casino partner of Houston Texans

Caesars Entertainment has entered a multi-year official casino partner agreement with the Houston Texans ahead of the 2021 NFL season.

The partnership gives Caesars sponsorship integration into the Texans’ promotional channels including in-stadium signage and digital and traditional media assets.

Caesars Rewards will sponsor a free-to-play Schedule Pick ‘Em game on the Texans’ official mobile app. The game will reward fans with a chance to win prizes including a paid trip to a Caesars destination property.

Caesars will also give fans a chance to watch a Texans game from a luxury suite at NRG Stadium.

"I'm thrilled to launch this multi-year partnership with Caesars Entertainment. It aligns perfectly with our commitment to creating memorable experiences for our fans," said Texans President Greg Grissom. "We have some great events lined up for this upcoming season that fans will not want to miss, and this partnership with Caesars is just another example of how we continue to look for ways to enhance the experience."

Though the state of Texas currently prohibits casinos and sports betting, Houston is a highly desired market for Caesars, which operates Harrah’s Casino New Orleans in neighboring Louisiana.

Caesars has an existing partnership with the New Orleans Saints, including name rights for the Superdome. Caesars is also the official casino sponsor of the NFL.

By partnering with the Texans, Caesars has further cemented its presence along the Gulf Coast.

"Caesars Entertainment is committed to expanding relationships with leagues and professional sports teams, and we're thrilled to team up with the Houston Texans," said Chris Holdren, Co-President of Caesars Digital. "We look forward to creating extraordinary experiences for Texans fans by doing what we do best, leveraging Caesars Entertainment's vast portfolio of casino, hospitality, entertainment, and sports expertise."
