Rush Street Gaming raises non-tipped employees’ minimum wage to $15 per hour

Rush Street Gaming has implemented a $15 per hour minimum wage for non-tipped employees at all Rivers Casinos.
Rivers Casino is also offering a comprehensive full- and part-time including health, life and disability, immediate 401(k) vesting and tuition reimbursement. RSG said with company-benefits, the value of the $15 hourly wage is approximately $25 per hour.
“We believe that paying a living wage is more than a recruitment strategy—it’s the right thing to do,” said Greg Carlin, CEO of Rivers Casino and Rush Street Gaming. “Our Team Members are committed to our success each and every day. This is just another way we return that commitment.”
RSG said full-time dealers at Rivers Casino average $55,000 or more in first-year income.
In Pennsylvania, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh has approximately 1,300 employees including 400 in non-tipped positions, while Rivers Casino Philadelphia has approximately 1,200 employees, 200 in non-tipped positions.
More than 100 of the 1,350 employees at Rivers Casino Des Plaines in Illinois are in non-tipped positions.
