Ainsworth appoints industry leader Randi Ingram as SVP of Sales and Service for North America

Las Vegas, NV — Ainsworth Game Technology today announced the appointment of gaming industry veteran Randi Ingram as Senior Vice President of Sales and Service for North America, marking an important addition to the company’s North American leadership team. In this role, Ingram will spearhead Ainsworth’s sales, service and customer engagement efforts as a top-tier supplier across the region.

With more than 30 years of gaming industry experience, Ingram brings a deep and multifaceted background spanning both the supplier and operator sides of the business. She most recently served as Senior Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts at IGT, where she led key relationships and drove significant growth across major customers and markets.

Ingram’s extensive career also includes high-impact leadership positions at Aristocrat and Everi, where she oversaw major sales initiatives and helped build commercially successful product pipelines. Prior to her supplier-side tenure, she held a pivotal role in slot product strategy at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, giving her a comprehensive understanding of operator needs, player behavior and market dynamics.
