Penn Entertainment will debut its new FanCenter product feature for ESPN Bet users in the summer of 2025, offering ESPN and ESPN Bet’s account linking technology for interconnected media, betting and fantasy experiences across multiple platforms.
“FanCenter introduces a completely new level of personalization for ESPN Bet players and represents our biggest product leap yet,” Penn Entertainment Chief Technology Officer and Head of Interactive Aaron LaBerge said.
“It taps into our players’ fandom in smart, creative ways while connecting seamlessly with ESPN’s industry-leading fantasy football platform. This is what sets ESPN Bet apart and football season is the perfect time to roll it out.”
Components of the FanCenter product include a ‘for you’ page of player props, game markets and custom parlay offerings, as well as a fantasy bet builder and integrated functionality with player insights.
The Fantasy Bet Builder highlights markets which correlate to the user’s fantasy rosters for sports such as football, basketball and baseball, allowing bettors to place wagers on their respective fantasy players.
Good to know: After coming to terms on a new partnership with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Penn Entertainment officially launched its ESPN Bet sportsbook throughout Washington DC on January 21
“FanCenter is the perfect combination of fandom, fantasy and personalized betting all wrapped into the ESPN Bet betting experience,” ESPN Bet and ESPN Fantasy VP Mike Morrison said.
“FanCenter showcases how we can serve fans across our platforms in a way that nobody else in the market can because of our industry-leading ESPN Fantasy platform and account-linking capabilities.”
At the time of writing, a launch date for the FanCenter tool has not yet been released by the operator, as the features are still subject to regulatory approvals according to Penn Entertainment.
