Digital event will take place 15-19 March, focus on US growth opportunities.

Kambi Group plc on Tuesday released details of the public content sessions that will form part of its upcoming Festival of Sportsbook.

Kambi is a provider of sports betting services to licensed B2C gaming operators. The company is headquartered in Malta.

This year’s Festival of Sportsbook will be held digitally, 15 to 19 March. Company officials said US sports betting and technology trends and growth opportunities will be featured, along with other key topics expected to impact the global sports betting landscape in 2021 and moving forward.

The Festival will be opened by Kambi’s EVP business and group functions Cecilia Wachtmeister, who will discuss current market trends in her keynote address.

With the recent NFL season now complete, Kambi will present its annual NFL Season Report, which explores the player behavioral data behind the country’s most popular sport.

Other topics will include the technology requirements of a high-performance sportsbook and how data can be leveraged for the benefit of all partners.

“With many states in the process of regulating and others still to come, US sports betting is just getting started,” Wachtmeister said in a statement. “Meanwhile, technology will, of course, play a crucial role in how the US market and others around the world evolve, so it was only right we gave these topics such prominence in the agenda.”

Kambi’s services range from front-end user interfaces and odds compiling to customer intelligence and risk management. Kambi’s 30-plus customers include 888 Holdings, ATG, Churchill Downs Incorporated, DraftKings, Kindred Group, LeoVegas, Penn National Gaming and Rush Street Interactive.
