Daniel Fortune, a Brazilian influencer known for advocating responsible gambling on his social media channels, has announced a partnership with lawyer Beatriz Gimenez Costa.
Costa specializes in iGaming compliance and regulation and is VP of the Betting and Responsible Gambling Commission at the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (OAB-SP).
The collaboration aims to provide accessible information to bettors, especially on digital platforms, and help create a healthier environment within the industry.
Costa said: “The goal is to make gambling a positive, rather than destructive, experience. We are joining forces to raise awareness, inform and educate this audience. This partnership was born with the clear purpose of protecting the player.”
With over a decade of experience in compliance, Costa has also worked with companies such as Reals Brasil, Estre Ambiental and Whirlpool Latin America.
Meanwhile, Fortune has built an engaged following by addressing gambling limits and the risks of compulsive behavior, with a direct and youth-oriented approach.

He said: “This partnership with EBAC is a milestone. People need to know there is help available for those losing control and that it is possible to enjoy gambling safely and responsibly. I believe in lighthearted, fun, and above all, conscious gambling.”
