EstrelaBet brings first integrity initiative to Brazilian esports

EstrelaBet has held the first integrity training in Brazil aimed specifically at the esports sector. The session was organised for players, staff and management at one of the country’s major esports organisations, Vivo Keyd Stars, for which Estrelabet is also a sponsor; and developed in partnership with Sportradar.
According to EstrelaBet’s Chief Legal Officer, Frederico Gabrich, the goal is to increase understanding of the risks tied to result manipulation and illicit betting activity.
The initiative is part of a broader push to bring integrity and compliance practices already present in traditional sports into the gaming world. While EstrelaBet has previously offered similar workshops to football clubs, this is the operator’s first effort within the gaming ecosystem.
The training was conducted in collaboration with Sportradar, a company known for its work with data and betting integrity monitoring. The content was focused on identifying fraudulent behaviour, understanding manipulation tactics and responding to illegal betting-related contact.

“It’s a different type of training from what we offer to football teams,” said Felippe Marchetti, Integrity Partnerships Manager at Sportradar LatAm.
