Full House Resorts appoints Joshua Le Duff as SVP and CMO

Full House Resorts has announced the appointment of Joshua Le Duff as its new SVP and CMO, subject to regulatory approval.
In this role, Le Duff will oversee marketing strategy and operations across the company’s portfolio of casino properties in the US.
Le Duff most recently served as VP of Marketing at Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort. During his time there, he led changes to the property’s reinvestment strategy and contributed to the development of its digital platforms, including a guest-facing mobile app.
Earlier in his career, Le Duff held various senior marketing roles at Isle of Capri Casinos, including Vice President of Marketing. He was involved in brand and database development prior to the company’s acquisition by Eldorado Resorts.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

As part of his employment agreement, Le Duff has been granted 29,940 restricted shares. The shares will vest in three equal annual instalments beginning in May 2026, subject to continued employment.
The award was approved by the Compensation Committee as a material inducement to his employment, outside of the company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan and in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
This appointment follows Full House Resorts’ strong Q1 performance, where revenue rose 7.3% driven by record results at American Place and continued growth at Chamonix.
