Red Rock Resorts generates $497.9m of revenue for Q1 2025, net income grows 9.7%

Red Rock Resorts has released its financial results from the first quarter of 2025, including a rise in net revenue of 1.8% from the prior year period to $497.9m, as well as net income of $86m which represents 9.7% growth year-over-year.
While Red Rock Resorts managed to see various growth across the board throughout Q1 2025, the company’s casino segment was the only vertical to report an increase in revenue year-over-year, rising by 5.2% for a total of $333.2m.
Food & beverage and room operations reported Q1 2025 revenues of $89.3m and $50.2m, respectively, equating to decreases of 4.3% and 5.1% from the prior year period.
The company’s adjusted EBITDA throughout the first quarter of 2025 was reported to be $215.1m, representing an increase of 2.8% year-over-year during the period, while Las Vegas operations adjusted EBITDA grew by a similar 2.7% to $235.9m. Las Vegas operations revenue increased by 1.9% from the prior year period to generate $495m for Q1 2025.

Red Rock Resorts’ decreases in its food & beverage and room segments may have affected the company’s operating income for Q1 2025, which decreased by nearly 0.8% year-over-year for a total of $154.4m.
The decrease in operating income may have also been affected by increases in operating expenses, including $104.7m for selling, general and administrative, $89.4m for casino operations, $73.8m for food & beverage and a $3.5m increase in depreciation and amortization.
