Macau casinos report $2.32bn in April revenue

Macau’s casinos have posted their revenue results for the month of April. Last month, casino revenue in the region reached $2.32bn, reflecting a 1.7% increase when compared to results from the previous year.
Casinos in Macau reported lower revenue at the start of the year. However, revenue has increased during April, though totals in February and March were higher than last month.
January recorded the lowest results for the year, with casinos in Macau generating close to $2.28bn.
Revenue began to rise the following month, and Macau’s casinos reported $2.46bn in revenue, the highest monthly total so far this year.
March revenue fell slightly when compared to February’s total. Macau’s casino generated $2.45bn during the month of March.
The report also included year-to-date numbers for 2025. So far this year, casino gross gaming revenue (GGR) has reached more than $9.57bn.
When compared to accumulative results posted in 2024, casino GGR in Macau so far this year are up by 0.8%.
Several US-based casino resort corporations have subsidiaries in Macau. These companies include Wynn Resorts with Wynn Macau, MGM International with MGM China and Las Vegas Sands with Sands China.
Las Vegas Sands only operates casinos in Asia at the moment.
