AGS brings on Arthur Rotziokos and Richard Orozco for international growth leadership
Rotziokos has been appointed as the Senior Director of Product Management – Asia-Pacific, while Orozco assumed the same title but for the supplier’s International division.

American Gaming Systems (AGS) has hired Arthur Rotziokos and Richard Orozco to help lead the supplier’s international growth efforts, with both reporting to AGS Chief Business and Legal Officer Rob Ziems.
“With tremendous growth potential and plenty of greenfield in international markets, AGS is well-poised to seize new opportunities on the global stage. Both Arthur and Richard bring unparalleled expertise and a deep well of gaming industry experience that will be vital to AGS’ global expansion strategy,” Ziems said.
“Their leadership will be instrumental as we accelerate our international reach and advance our product offerings in these key markets.”
Rotziokos, having been named Senior Director of Product Management – Asia-Pacific (APAC), will lead AGS’ entry into the rapidly expanding APAC market. He most recently served as VP of Research & Development at Light & Wonder where he built strong industry relationships and “pioneered” game development initiatives that led to business growth in global markets.

As the supplier’s new Senior Director of Product Management – International, Orozco will oversee AGS’ global product strategies, focusing on regions such as LatAm and Europe. In his new role, he will also work to drive market performance, optimize product life cycles and strengthen AGS’ market share in key international territories.
Orozco most recently held the role of VP of Product Strategy at Ainsworth Game Technology, while Rotziokos has also worked for Ainsworth, as well as International Game Technology (IGT).
