MGM Resorts has officially welcomed NBCUniversal Entertainment & Studios Chairwoman Donna Langley as the 13th member of its Board of Directors, providing “valuable” experience in entertainment and marketing.
"We welcome Donna to our board and look forward to leveraging her deep and valuable experience in the entertainment space as we continue developing and producing our own proprietary sports and entertainment content for our guests,” MGM Resorts President and CEO Bill Hornbuckle said.
“Donna is globally recognized as an innovative and influential leader with a special skill for reshaping industries, invigorating brands and leading organizations through change. She will be a tremendous asset to our executive team at MGM Resorts."
Langley currently leads decision-making across NBCUniversal with full oversight of all entertainment programming and marketing across platforms such as Peacock, Bravo and NBC.

Langley also oversees global creative strategy, business operations, production, acquisitions and distribution for the entertainment company’s Film and Television Studios.

The appointment follows BetMGM’s recent partnership with Fremantle, which gives the operator intellectual property rights to TV game shows “Family Feud” and “The Price is Right” that can be used to create table games, slots and non-traditional casino games.
